Dineax Console Validation
Use this page only if platform visibility is part of the supervised pilot. The Console is not required for every outlet-level pilot session.
Read-Only Platform Visibility
- Sign in with an assigned platform operator account.
- Confirm tenant visibility is limited to the expected support context.
- Open tenant, subscription, jobs, audit, integrations, or diagnostics views only where they are part of the pilot support process.
- Confirm no tenant mutation action is performed during the pilot unless it was explicitly approved.
Expected result: the platform operator can support the pilot without exposing secrets or changing tenant data unnecessarily.
Support Notes
Record:
- Whether Console access was used.
- Which support area was inspected.
- Whether any diagnostic issue was found.
- Whether any support action changed data.
Do not publish internal diagnostic identifiers, tokens, logs, or support-only procedures in customer-facing evidence.
