Pilot Session Preflight

Complete this page before asking the operator to start the workflow.

Environment

Check	Expected result	Status
API is reachable	Health check or app login succeeds
Correct app build is installed	Operator can open the intended Dineax app
Outlet is prepared	Supervisor confirms the pilot outlet
Staff accounts are prepared	Assigned users can sign in
Printer is powered on, if printing is in scope	Printer is visible or selectable from the app
Paper is loaded, if printing is in scope	Test feed or previous print confirms paper
Fallback process is ready	Manual billing or pause procedure is agreed

If the pilot includes Android Bluetooth receipt printing, confirm:

Bluetooth is enabled on the Android device.
The target printer is paired in Android settings.
The printer is selected in Dineax printer setup where available.
The operator understands that retrying a print can create duplicate physical output.
The supervisor has a way to capture a photo of the receipt and reprint.

Do not treat browser printing, printer discovery, or a Windows test page as POS receipt validation.

Waiter or service staff	Dineax POS	Validate table/order handoff if included.
Kitchen staff	Dineax POS / Kitchen screen	Validate KOT or screen-only kitchen handling if included.
Platform operator	Dineax Console	Validate read-only platform visibility if included.

If a role is not part of the selected pilot scope, mark it Not in pilot scope.
