Counter Service

Counter service is used when an operator creates and completes orders without a table-service flow.

Typical Flow​

  1. Start or confirm business day, shift, and cash drawer context.
  2. Add items and modifiers.
  3. Submit order to kitchen workflow where required.
  4. Generate bill, collect payment, and issue receipt.
  5. Review reporting and drawer reconciliation.
