Android Direct Printing

Android direct printing supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi/LAN printer foundations for Restaurant App workflows.

Current Selected Receipt Path​

Selected Android Bluetooth receipt output has validated scenarios for supervised pilot use only. The selected path is not a general claim that all Android devices, all Bluetooth printers, all paper widths, or all retry paths are ready.

During a supervised pilot, the operator must:

  1. Confirm the Android device can reach the API.
  2. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled and the selected printer is paired.
  3. Select the printer in Dineax POS.
  4. Print the receipt.
  5. Confirm physical paper output.
  6. Compare the printed total with the app bill and receipt total.
  7. Reprint only when another copy is required.

Validation-Dependent Behavior​

Production readiness still depends on outlet-specific receipt, KOT, retry, permission, disconnect, paper, and recovery evidence.

Android KOT printing, Android print-agent mode, iOS/AirPrint, cutter, cash drawer, and all-printer support require separate validation.
