View Subscription Status
Use this page when you need to understand what subscription information is visible in Dineax today.
Current boundary
The current subscription screens provide foundation visibility. They do not complete commercial billing, invoice collection, automatic renewal, proration, or self-service paid upgrade workflows.
Who Can View Subscription Information?
Subscription visibility depends on the application and the signed-in user's permissions.
| User type | Application | Current expectation |
|---|---|---|
| Platform user | Dineax Console | Can view platform subscription areas where enabled. |
| Tenant administrator | Dineax Admin | Can view subscription administration where permissions allow. |
| Outlet manager | Dineax POS or Admin | Usually works with outlet operations, not commercial subscription setup. |
| Cashier, waiter, kitchen staff | Dineax POS | Should not manage subscription plans or commercial account settings. |

What You May See
| Screen state | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Plan list with records | Plan foundation records exist in the connected environment. |
| No plans found | No plan records are present in that environment, or the current user cannot see them. |
| Subscription unavailable | The app could not load subscription data, or the user does not have access. |
| No active subscription | The tenant does not currently have an active subscription foundation record visible to the signed-in user. |
What Not To Infer
- A visible plan does not mean production billing is ready.
- A visible price field does not mean approved commercial pricing.
- A visible subscription status does not mean renewal automation is active.
- A hidden menu item does not prove backend access is blocked.
- A permission does not mean the tenant has purchased a future commercial module.
