Plans and Modules
Plans describe packaged subscription capability. Modules describe customer-facing product packages that may be included in a plan or sold separately in the future.
Do not infer final tiers, prices, add-on names, outlet allowances, or device allowances from current foundation records. Packaging and pricing remain To Be Commercially Validated.
Base Plan
A base plan is expected to include the minimum capabilities needed to operate Dineax. The exact commercial bundle is not approved yet.
Included and Optional Modules
Future commercial packaging may distinguish:
- included modules;
- optional modules;
- higher-plan modules;
- usage-based modules;
- enterprise or contract modules.
Examples may include reporting, customer communication, integrations, or advanced kitchen capabilities, but final packaging remains To Be Commercially Validated.
Outlet and Device Allowances
Outlet and device allowances are product concepts. Dineax does not currently have active outlet-based or device-based subscription pricing.
Monthly and Annual Intervals
The foundation can record monthly or yearly plan metadata. That metadata does not yet create invoices, renewals, collections, tax calculations, or proration.
Plan Versioning and Grandfathering
Activated plan versions are treated as stable snapshots. Future commercial changes should create new plan versions. Existing tenants may need a documented grandfathering or migration decision before a new version applies.
