Why Does the Console Show "No Plans Found"?

The No plans found message means the subscription page loaded, but there are no visible subscription plan records for the current environment and user.

This is expected in a development, test, or newly configured environment where plans have not been created yet.

What It Means

Possible reasonExplanation
No plan records existThe database does not yet contain subscription plans.
User has read-only accessThe current user may be able to view the screen but not create plans.
Environment is not commercially configuredFoundation screens exist before final commercial packaging and billing are approved.
API returned an empty listThe app successfully called the plan list endpoint, but the response had no records.

What It Does Not Mean

  • It does not mean the subscription module was never implemented.
  • It does not mean billing is ready.
  • It does not mean plans have been commercially approved.
  • It does not mean tenants can purchase modules yet.
  • It does not mean POS payments are connected to Dineax SaaS subscription billing.

What Should Happen Later

After commercial packaging is approved, the platform team should create or seed approved plans through a controlled platform workflow. Once those records exist and the signed-in user has access, they should appear on the Subscriptions screen.

What To Do Today

If you are testing the Console and see No plans found:

  1. Confirm you are signed in as the expected platform user.
  2. Confirm you are connected to the correct API environment.
  3. Confirm whether subscription plan records are expected in that environment.
  4. Do not create ad-hoc plan records unless a product-approved plan catalogue is available.
